If you signed up for Medicare through the Rail road Retirement Board (RRB), you’ll need to request a replacement Medicare card through the RRB:

Contact your local Railroad Retirement Board office.
If you are in need of proof that you have Medicare sooner than 30 days which is normally how long it takes to get your card mailed, you are able to request a letter to use as temporary proof.
